For the first time in its 21 years the Asia Commercial Bank has adopted a new brand identity.
The Asia Commercial Bank (ACB) has announced it will gradually change to a new brand identity, its first rebranding in its 21-year history.
As explained by representatives of the bank, the new logo is a stylized image showing a satisfied smile and a united arm, inspired by the sustainable relationship between the ACB and its customers, employees, the public, State agencies and shareholders.
The change in brand image will be in place until at least 2018, but the bank did not reveal the cost of the change. Branches and transaction offices will gradually change to the new logo and it will be applied on all contact channels and its publications, staff uniforms, and website.
During 2013 ACB took steps to implement a trial of the new brand identity at some offices before officially announcing changes throughout the entire system.
Several other banks, such as Vietcombank, Tien Phong Bank, and Agribank, have already made changes to their brand identity.
