Home Credit Vietnam’s mobile app was named “Best Consumer Finance Mobile Application 2018” by International Finance Magazine (IFM) at the annual IFM Awards.

This is the second consecutive year Home Credit has picked up an IFM award. Its mobile app has a friendly interface and outstanding features in loan management, supporting customers in making transactions anytime, anywhere.

Officially launched in March 2017, the app has had 2.5 million downloads, for an average of more 10,000 new users every day. It supports 1.8 million Home Credit customers in managing their loans, and was ranked top by Google Play Store in finance mobile apps in Vietnam, with user reviews at 4.2*.

Home Credit is now conducting robust digital transformation to enhance the customer experience. The company has reinforced its cooperation with technology partners for a full tech ecosystem in consumer finance, providing customers with convenience, safety and speed in accessing services.

It recently established a strategic partnership with MoMo Wallet to fully integrate e-wallets into its mobile app. It will expand cooperation with other e-wallet partners in the near future, helping customers make repayments and receive disbursements anytime, anywhere.

“This is the second consecutive year Home Credit Vietnam has received this notable award,” said Mr. Jiri Manas, Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Home Credit Vietnam. “It’s clearly a fantastic result for all Home Credit Vietnam staff in general and for our IT staff in particular. It is also a reflection of our relentless pursuit to delight customers and speaks volumes about the talent at Home Credit Vietnam.”

“We are absolutely committed to developing more attractive features and functionalities with friendly interfaces on mobile apps. For reasons of confidentiality, we are unable to disclose any specific information at this juncture but our customers can look forward to having convenient e-wallet payment solutions as well as quick cash loans on the mobile app in the immediate future.”
