Bank provides a range of support to students at the Da Nang College of Economics and Planning.
On September 24 the Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank (OCB) and the Da Nang College of Economics and Planning signed an agreement as part of the bank’s strategy to cooperate with universities and colleges around the country.
Under the agreement the bank will issue free student cards to 8,400 students, provide bank cards to all students and staff, and support and provide financial services to the college.
The two sides will cooperate in other activities, such as careers advice for students and providing opportunities to students to complete internships at OCB.
Thirty scholarships will also be presented to students at the college facing difficult financial circumstances. Mr. Truong Dinh Long, Deputy General Director of OCB, said that the bank understands that students need support, especially those living far from their families.
The agreement marks a milestone in the cooperation between OCB and the Da Nang College of Economics and Planning. “We appreciate the cooperation and commit to providing the best support to students,” Mr. Long added.
