Flights allow tourists to see beautiful landscapes of Da Nang and surrounds.
In the presence of the Ministry of Defense, the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam, and related departments, the Vietnam Helicopter Company launched helicopter flights in Da Nang on April 25.
Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy General Director of the Vietnam Helicopter Company, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Son, said: “the helicopters used are EC-130 T2, which are the most modern for tourism today and specifically designed for observation and sightseeing.”
The flights will start from Nuoc Man Airport and tourists will be able to see beautiful destinations in the city such as Non Nuoc, Han River, Tran Thi Ly Bridge, Thuan Phuoc, Da Nang beach, and Linh Ung Pagoda.
Mr. Son also stated that the company has invested in building an airport and buying appropriate equipment as well as selecting experienced pilots, technicians and skilled professionals.
The Vietnam Helicopter Company also offers tour flights upon request to Hue, Hoi An, Cu Lao, and the My Son Sanctuary in Quang Nam.
