Owner believes resort is ideal for foreigners seeking closeness to nature.
Having completed its 42 forest villas, opened a nine-hole golf course, and invested more in entertainment and other utilities, Flamingo Dai Lai Resort is ready to welcome the wave of foreign homebuyers expected when foreigners are legally permitted to buy houses from July.
Speaking with VET about plans to attract foreign homebuyers to its forest villas, Ms. Le Thi Van Anh, General Director of the Hong Hac Dai Lai JSC, the owner of Flamingo Dai Lai Resort, said careful preparations are underway. "All the utilities needed to serve foreign homebuyers and tourists will be completed this year," she said.
Ms. Van Anh also said that Flamingo Dai Lai Resort is planning to attract two major groups, including foreign visitors to Vietnam and foreigners living and working in Vietnam who wish to purchase villas for relaxation. "We expect foreign homebuyers from South Korea and Japan to be especially interested," she said.
Forest villas are for sale at prices from VND2 billion ($93,000) to VND3 billion ($139,000). Besides fully enjoying the benefits of a five-star resort, purchasers can also access its wide range of services and entertainment.
Flamingo Dai Lai Resort is about one hour by car from Hanoi, on an area of 1.23 million square meters, including four peninsulas, two islands, ten forests, and five hills surrounding a lake. It is considered one of the world's most beautiful resorts.
