Grand Mercure Danang receives Award of Excellence

Outstanding facilities and services continue to impress customers.

Grand Mercure Danang has been recognized as a top performing hotel based on guest reviews on Booking.com, one of the world leaders in online accommodation booking.

The Award of Excellence is given out by the website to properties on an annual basis in honor of their achievements over the past year as measured by their overall guest review score. Residences must have an average review score of eight or higher, based on at least ten guest reviews, to be eligible to receive an award.

The Grand Mercure Danang achieved an overall review score of 8.6 on Booking.com for 2014, with thousands of reviews by guests from around the world, who have consistently praised the outstanding hospitality, superior comfort and world class facilities of the hotel.
