Luxury resort and villa project opens doors on June 27.
The Grand World luxury resort and villa project on Phu Quoc Island will be opened on June 27 by the LDG Group. Located on Dai Beach, one of the ten most beautiful beaches in the world, Grand World is considered to have the best location on the island, with a casino, Vinpearl, a 27-hole golf course, and a safari park and zoo nearby.
Designed by an Australian architect, Grand World has a Western style. The public area is 10.7 ha, the villas, hotel, resort and bungalows sit on 25.1 ha, while infrastructure takes up 49.3 ha.
It has 447 ocean view villas, villas under the forest canopy, and villas with gardens. There are also 104 bungalows with views, while the hotel is of five-star standard and has 496 rooms on seven floors. Other facilities include a shopping mall, entertainment areas, multi-functional conference rooms, restaurants, swimming pools, and a modern spa and gym.
Under construction since August 2014, Grand World received total investment capital of $210 million and special care was taken to protect the centuries-old trees on the site.
