The Hôtel des Arts Saigon has introduced exquisite mooncakes in boxes designed to highlight the timeless elegance of Vietnam’s traditional costume - the ao dai - for the upcoming Mid-Autumn Festival.

The hotel escalates the festival spirit by choosing a concept that depicts the essence of cultural preservation from generation to generation.

Moreover, the detail of the jade handle provides an elegant touch on the boxes.

While all crystals promote harmony between the mind, body and spirit, the Jade crystal is a superstar in the world of crystal healing thanks to its powerful connection to the heart chakra and its varying degrees of intense, piercing shades of green. When it comes to bringing prosperity and abundance into your life, the Jade crystal stone is the ultimate good luck charm.

The hotel offers guests an exquisite selection of mooncakes in four flavors. The Pandan Royal has a creamy white soft crust blending the ever popular Pandan with a uniquely Malaysian coconut concoction that makes it an unforgettable delight.

With the Golden Harmony, people can enjoy a mouthful of moist salted egg yolk custard mixed with aromatic custard.

The Heaven Delight is made from lotus seeds with a single egg yolk, added with aromatic pure peanut oil, providing a refreshing fragrance and delicate taste.

Finally, the Imperial Pearl is a mixture of varieties of nuts like Almond, Walnut, melon seed, white sesame, and more that brings a great biting texture.

The mooncakes come in boxes of four priced at VND1.588 million ($69) per box (excluding 10 per cent VAT). A 10 per cent discount is available for AccorPlus members of Hôtel des Arts Saigon.

Hôtel des Arts Saigon, a member of MGallery Collection, opened in late 2015, providing guests with a unique modern twist in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City.

Located in Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street in District 3, it boasts 168 elegant rooms, including 16 lavish studio suites, 97 Deluxe King and Twin Rooms, 22 Grand Deluxe Rooms, and 33 Sky Executive Deluxe and Grand Deluxe Rooms that fuse French design with the elegance of Indochina.
