Mr. Moreno Casaccia joins the team at the Nha Trang resort.
Six Senses Ninh Van Bay Resort has appointed Mr. Moreno Casaccia as its new Executive Chef.
Mr. Casaccia has relocated to Vietnam from his position with Four Seasons Canary Wharf in London, where he has worked in management positions since 2005. Fluent in his native Italian as well as French and English, Mr. Casaccia is no stranger to the world of five-start dining. His first stints in Italy and France took him to Michelin-starred kitchens such as the three-starred Paris restaurant Taillevent. He moved to the UK in 2004 and is now enjoying the new opportunity that is Asia. His farm-to-fork experience will translate perfectly to Six Senses Ninh Van Bay, where guests will see he has already found extensive organic and screened gardens.
