The Reverie Saigon’s Café Cardinal and R&J Italian Lounge & Restaurant will celebrate Easter with special menus and an extraordinary range of home-made chocolate Easter eggs at The Deli, which are sure to amaze kids and grown-ups alike.

R&J Italian Lounge & Restaurant, Ho Chi Minh City’s preeminent Italian restaurant, will serve up a stunning five-course set menu for VND1.488 million++ ($65) per person or a three course menu for VND1.288 million++ ($56.5) per person on April 1 and 2.

Highlights include Zuppa (cream of chickpeas with grilled Japanese scallops and organic lettuce pesto), Sartu’di Riso (baked Carnaroli rice with Wagyu beef and green pea sand mozzarella fondue), and Agnello (slow-cooked Australian lamb shank, fava beans, baby potatoes and “gremolata”). Not to be missed is Buona Pasqua (handmade Maracaibo, a 65 per cent cacao chocolate egg with custard cream and mango coulis).

Over at Café Cardinal, the Easter brunch on April 1 features authentic French delicacies, a wide selection of fresh seafood, imported cold cuts, healthy salads, and delicious chilled dishes from the buffet counters. It also includes Easter favorites like hot cross buns, roast lamb, and mince pies. The painted eggs are also a special treat on this occasion and a lucky draw offers great prizes to be won.

Priced at just VND1.688 million++ ($74) per person, or upgrade to the Prosecco Brunch for just VND2.188 million++ ($96), including free-flow Prosecco, white and red wine, draft beer, and tea and coffee. Or to really elevate the experience, try the Champagne Brunch for VND2.688 million++ ($118), including free-flow Champagne, white and red wine, draft beer, and tea and coffee.

Meanwhile, at The Deli, Easter eggs passionately created and handcrafted by the hotel’s inspirational and dedicated Pastry Chef will be available for takeaway from March 26 to April 3. To showcase the Chef’s skills and passion, and to celebrate The Reverie's tradition of making distinctive eggs, this year’s Easter eggs at The Deli are in a colorful array of designs and dubbed the most beautiful creations ever made.
