Budget carrier to introduce new route on April 26, with tickets available from January 26.
Vietjet Air is to launch a new route connecting Hanoi and Quy Nhon in south-central Binh Dinh province.
The new route will officially begin on April 26, with tickets on sale from January 26 at a special price of VND699,000. The new route will also be part of Vietjet’s ongoing promotion offering discounted tickets every day from 12 noon to 2pm on its website.
The flight time of each leg is an hour and 45 minutes. Flights will depart Hanoi at 10.25am and land in Quy Nhon at 12 noon, with the return flight taking off from Quy Nhon at 12.35pm and arriving in Hanoi at 2.10pm.
In opening the daily flights Vietjet will boost travel and trade between the capital and Quy Nhon by offering travelers and businesspeople more opportunities than ever before at the best possible price.
The airline already conducts flights linking Ho Chi Minh City and Quy Nhon, one of Vietnam’s up-and-coming tourism destinations. “Quy Nhon is one of Vietnam’s best kept secrets - a place of stunning, poetic beauty with a fascinating history and wonderful, welcoming people,” said Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hung, Deputy Director of the Vietjet’s Management Board. “Tourists will love to discover this enchanting destination. We hope that, with the opening of this route, business and trade between Hanoi and Quy Nhon will further flourish.”
