Unilever retained its position as the best employer, which it has now held for three consecutive years.

The Most Attractive Employer brand belonged to Vinamilk, which ranked first in Total Rewards. Nestle won the best performance title in Culture and Value. Unilever received the twin prizes of The Most Attractive Employer Brand in both Leadership and Growth Opportunity, while Intel won titles in Work and Life Quality as well as Company Reputation.

More Vietnamese enterprises were in the Top 100 in 2015 than in 2014, rising to 22 from 17, including Novaland, Hoa Binh Corp., and Bao Viet Insurance. Some Vietnamese enterprises made big leaps in their rankings, such as Masan (from 31st to 13th), Vingroup (from 79th to 41st), Viettel (from 14th to 8th), and FPT (from 28th to 21st).

“The tremendous changes happening in Vietnam over past decades have been harvested from economic integration and development and the direct contribution of all enterprises,” said Ms. Thanh Nguyen, CEO of Anphabe. “The mission of Anphabe, and especially of The Vietnam Best Places to Work survey, is to devote all our efforts to Vietnam becoming a more prosperous, wealthier, and happier country.”
