Project the fourth phase of the Vinpearl Phu Quoc Resort Complex.
Vinpearl Hotel Management, a subsidiary of Vingroup, held a breaking ground ceremony for Vinpearl Paradise Villas on November 23.
The fourth phase of the Vinpearl Phu Quoc Resort Complex, Vinpearl Paradise Villas feature multi-bedroom villas and with five-star facilities, such as the Vinpearl Land entertainment venue and a 27-hole golf course.
Vinpearl Paradise Villas also opens up investment opportunities for villa purchasers. The developer has committed to ensuring a minimum profit of 10 per cent per year over the course of ten years.
The Villas project is part of the five-star Vinpearl Resort & Villa network, which are located on beautiful beaches in Da Nang, Phu Quoc Island, and Nha Trang.
Vinpearl Phu Quoc, invested by Vingroup in Bai Dai, Ganh Dau commune on an area of 300 ha and with total investment of over $1 billion, is the largest tourism project on the island.
In June Vinmec Phu Quoc, first international-standard general hospital on Phu Quoc Island, located near Vinpearl Phu Quoc, was opened, providing high quality healthcare services to local people and to tourists and is expected to boost tourism to the island.
The Vinpearl Safari Zoo, which will be put into operation on December 24, will be the second-largest zoo in the world, with animals and plants from all continents. It will be a special attraction and create a competitive advantage for Phu Quoc Island over other regional tourist destinations such as Phuket in Thailand and Bali in Indonesia.
Under the company’s strategic development plan, Vinpearl will continue to mark its presence in other tourism areas nationwide in the future, such as Binh Dinh, Phu Yen, and Hoi An.
