Nine-hole links and 18-hole putting course promise to provide a great experience to villa owners and visitors alike.
The Hong Hac Dai Lai JSC, the owner of the Flamingo Dai Lai Resort in northern Vinh Phuc province, officially opened a new nine-hole golf course and an 18-hole miniature putting course on May 16. The latter is the largest in the north and adds a new form of recreation for villa owners and visitors.
According to Ms. Le Thi Van Anh, General Director of the Hong Hac Dai Lai JSC, Flamingo Dai Lai Resort has become a popular tourist destination in Vietnam. The company continually upgrades and expands its facilities to meet the ever-growing demands of owners and visitors. “The golf course and putting course are part of our plans to develop Vietnam’s largest recreation services at Flamingo Dai Lai Resort in the future,” she said.
Located on the grounds of the five-star resort, the golf course is sophisticatedly designed and surrounded by gardens and green trees. It has narrow fairways with small and hard greens, presenting a challenge that golfers can enjoy.
The golf course and putting course are also integrated within the landscape of the resort, covering 1.23 million square meters and surrounded by 5 million square meters of waterways and 1 million square meters of pine forests. These make the courses stand out from others around the country.
Flamingo Dai Lai Resort is about a one-hour drive from Hanoi and includes four peninsulas, two islands, ten forests, and five hills surrounding a lake. It is considered one of the world’s most beautiful resorts.
