Handico opens latest office space for lease building, in Hanoi's Nam Tu Liem district.
The Hanoi Housing Development and Investment Corporation (Handico) officially opened Handico Tower in Hanoi’s Nam Tu Liem district on January 16.
According to Mr. Truong Hai Long, General Director of Handico, the opening of Handico Tower, with Grade A office space for lease, adds to its list of high-quality office developments. Its projects are mainly in prime locations in Hanoi and include Handiresco Tower (Kim Ma, Ba Dinh district), C’land Tower (Xa Dan, Dong Da district), and Diamond Flower Plaza (Hoang Dao Thuy Street, Thanh Xuan district).
Handico Tower is a 33-storey high-rise building with a total gross floor area of nearly 40,000 sq m.
It boasts modern and luxurious features that meet Grade A standards and can serve the various demands of domestic and foreign enterprises in the capital’s western area.
Handico Tower is also equipped with outstanding facilities such as eight high-speed Mitsubishi elevators, Stamford backup generators to ensure stable power supply, double glazing for consistent interior temperatures, and an international-standard fire protection system, and uses Building Management System (BMS) - a computer-based control system that controls and monitors the building’s mechanical and electrical equipment.
