Smoother process to save time and money for applicants.
Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has asked the Ministry of Justice to cooperate with the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, the Ministry of Finance, and the Ministry of Construction and other relevant authorities to jointly conduct administrative formalities, including in notarization, taxes, and land use rights registration.
The cooperative mechanism will help to save time and 80 per cent of costs for individuals, organizations and households registering for land use rights and notarization. It will also contribute to cutting the number of documents to be lodged with applications, bringing many benefits and improving State management efficiency.
The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment previously announced the administrative formalities to be completed regarding land. Land use right certificates are to be issued within 20 days of applications being lodged instead of the previous 52 days, starting in January.
