Cushman & Wakefield app puts its latest research at your fingertips.
Global real estate consultants Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) have launched a new iPhone app to make its flagship research publications from around the world more accessible.
Created as part of its ongoing commitment to deliver timely and relevant content directly to clients, the “My C&W Research” app provides a platform for users to access, download, and share research publications as well as thought leadership pieces and market analyses from across C&W’s global network.
“The app gives those interested in both the Vietnamese and global real estate markets real time access to the most relevant information to make smart investment decisions,” said Mr. Timothy Horton, General Manager of C&W Vietnam. “Just type ‘Vietnam’ in the search bar and all the latest research publications will be generated.”
The app also enables users to create a personal library, which is available offline, to populate with their favorite publications.
The launch of the My C&W Research app comes amid a backdrop of increasing global mobile internet usage. According to data provider Statista, nearly 75 per cent of the global online population accessed the internet from mobile devices in 2013 and this is expected to rise dramatically to 90 per cent in 2017.
“As the mobile world continues to evolve we need to adapt as a business to be as responsive as we can to the evolving needs of our clients,” said Mr. Carlo Barel di Sant’Albano, International CEO at C&W. “Our new My C&W Research app offers a stream of fresh and engaging content from the most important global markets, so I would encourage you to take the time to download it.”
Users need only enter “My C&W Research” into the App Store search bar to download the app.
C&W consults and represents clients on all aspects of property occupancy and investment. Founded in 1917 it has 259 offices in 60 countries around the world, employing more than 16,000 professionals.
