The project was co-developed by Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corporation and Nishi Nippon Railroad.

The Asia Pacific Property Awards, a part of the International Property Awards, is a prestigious award ceremony that honors the best developers and the best housing real estate and commercial projects from all over the world.
