The Nam Tien Lao Cai JSC will officially launch its Scenia Bay project in Nha Trang at the Lotte Center Hanoi on October 15. With investment of VND2 trillion ($86.9 million), the project is a complex of apartments, hotels, and services on Pham Van Dong Street in the beach city. It covers an area of 7,666 sq m, with 40 floors, 704 luxury apartments, and 274 hotel rooms.

The project is in a prime location adjacent to the beach, with easy access to beautiful landscapes and sites such as Hon Mun, Hon Tam, Ninh Van Bay, Po Nagar Cham Towers, Hon Chong, Dam Market, and Turtle Island.

Thailand’s InVision Hospitality will be responsible for all operations when the complex opens in 2020. It has been present throughout Southeast Asia since 2007, with hotels and resorts in Thailand, Malaysia, and Vietnam.

To mark the launch, Nam Tien Lao Cai will offer attractive gifts to customers at the event, given them the opportunity to receive an iPhone 8 Plus, iPhone 8, or Sony 43” Smart TV.

Customers who purchase a Scenia Bay apartment will have the opportunity to pick up a SH125i 2017 motorcycle, an Apple MacBook Pro, or an iPhone 8 Plus. The total value of the gifts is VND800 million ($34,800).

Founded in 1999 with charter capital of VND700 million ($30,400), the Nam Tien Lao Cai JSC originated from the Nam Tien Construction Company - a small unit operating in capital construction in northern Lao Cai province.

“Projects in this segment have only really developed since 2015, and Da Nang, Nha Trang and Phu Quoc Island have major development opportunities,” the company’s CEO Cao Thi Thu Hien said. “A market research report on Nha Trang’s real estate market pointed out that the supply of apartments is not keeping up with demand. The number of tourists to the city will increase from 5 million in 2016 to 7.2 million in 2020. With the current growth rate, Nha Trang will not be able to meet the needs of visitors in the future. This is a great opportunity for us to invest in a luxury apartment complex in the city.”

The company has built important projects inside and outside of Lao Cai, such as Tran Hung Dao Boulevard, the Red River embankment, and national roads Q4D and QL4E, and become the investor of Urban Area No. 1 and Sub-urban Area No. 3 and Sub-urban Area No. 5 in the Lao Cai - Cam Duong New Urban Area, all in Lao Cai.

After nearly 20 years of development, the company now has nearly 900 employees and charter capital of more than VND500 billion ($21.7 million), with annual revenue standing at over VND1.2 trillion ($53 million).
