Hanoi building named as "Best Office Development in Vietnam".
PVI Tower in Hanoi was recently honored at the Asia Pacific Property Award 2015, picking up the “Best Office Development in Vietnam” award, which is only given to the best office development in each attending country.
“This is our first time at the Asia Pacific Property Awards and we are very surprised and proud to be selected as the winner in this important category,” said Mr. Bui Van Thuan from PVI Holdings. “The ‘Best Office Development in Vietnam’ award is in recognition of the achievements and effort of our employees.”
PVI Tower is a Grade A office building with 25 floors, two basements, and one technical floor. Ground was broken in 2010 and the building officially went into operation in the first quarter of 2014.
Located in the emerging district in the west of Hanoi, PVI Tower, belonging to PVI Holdings, is easy to access from almost anywhere in the city. It also has a contemporary design, international-standard facilities, and a great hand-over condition.
PVI Tower also has the best occupancy rate in the area, at up to 90 per cent, with major tenants including Samsung, Nissan, FPT, and Obayashi.
The Asia Pacific Awards are a recognized symbol of excellence for businesses throughout the industry globally, with categories in each property type in the real estate industry.
