Savills Vietnam was recognized as Vietnam’s Best Property Consultancy and Best Real Estate Agency at the prestigious Asia Pacific Property Awards.

The official announcement was made at the iPAX Asia Pacific Awards Ceremony on May 3 and 4 in Thailand and marks success for Savills Vietnam for the eighth consecutive year.

Currently in its 25th year, the Asia Pacific Property Awards are part of the long-established International Property Awards, which are open to residential and commercial property professionals from around the globe.

The award honors leading companies with the highest levels of achievement in all fields of the property industry, including development, architecture, interior design, and real estate. The Asia Pacific Property Awards are the largest, most prestigious and most widely-recognized program celebrating the highest standards in the regional property industry.

Savills Vietnam again demonstrated the strengths of its services in Vietnam and its awards are in recognition of the ongoing efforts it has undertaken to deliver consistently first-rate services and high performance to deliver promised value to clients.

The Asia Pacific Property Awards 2018-2019 will be the last year Savills Vietnam takes part in the competition. From 2018, all costs associated with the awards will be redirected to the “Savills Care” fund as a part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR) campaign, to better benefit local people and charities.

As a company with a 22-year history in Vietnam, Savills Vietnam recognizes that effective CSR activities are integral to being a successful, global business and an essential part of being a respected and trusted brand.

Mr. Neil Macgregor, Managing Director Savills Vietnam, said that from 2018 Savills Vietnam will redirect the awards costs to its CSR activities. “We believe that our experience in Vietnam and the many awards we have received in the past have established our brand, credibility, and capability in the market, and the award fees could be spent on a better cause - helping improve lives in the local community,” he said.
