Third customer service center opens in Vietnam's tallest skyscraper.

The AIA (Vietnam) Life Insurance Company Limited has officially introduced its debut “nest by AIA” on the 75th-76th floor of Landmark81, the new beacon of growth and prosperity in Ho Chi Minh City.

Riding on the success of the “nest by AIA” launched initially in 2015, this is the third next-generation customer service center and one of AIA Vietnam’s prime projects in 2019 in celebration of the 100th anniversary of the AIA Group across 18 different markets in Asia-Pacific.

Strategically located on the top floors of the Landmark81 skyscraper, “nest by AIA” is well-positioned to deliver a unique customer experience in a warm and inviting environment, around the concept of nesting in your own home. It’s a peaceful sanctuary above the hustle and bustle of the Ho Chi Minh City streets below.

From a great height, “nest by AIA” provides a customer experience with a perspective of a modern and fresh urban feel. Customer experience transformation is the ultimate goal for “nest by AIA”.

With this third nest office coming to life, the first two, on the 2nd floor of Bitexco Financial Tower and the 4th floor of Vincom Ba Trieu, remain the top choices for one-stop customer service centers in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. Customers come here not only for financial advice but also for organizing events, accessing areas for families with children, and its coffee shops, library, and lobby.

The innovative customer service center is one of AIA Vietnam’s efforts in delivering impeccable customer services to its customers in major cities in Vietnam.
