Starbucks adds to summer menu

Two new Frappuccino blended beverages introduced to quench thirsts during the summer.

Starbucks Vietnam will introduce two new Frappuccino blended beverages for the summer season - Roasted Marshmallow S’mores Frappuccino Blended and Key Lime Pie Frappuccino Blended.

Celebrating the sweetness of summer, Starbucks is also bringing back one of its favorites for a limited period - the beautifully layered Summer Berry Panna Cotta Frappuccino Blended.

The Roasted Marshmallow S’mores Frappuccino Blended is a classic treat of the American summer, evoking happy memories of campfires and the outdoors. The distinct taste of roasted marshmallows sandwiched with chocolate between graham crackers is the inspiration behind the S’mores Frappuccino Blended.

The Key Lime Pie Frappuccino Blended, meanwhile, is inspired by the classic American dessert. The refreshing, slightly tart and sweet beverage is infused with key lime sauce, topped with a layer of whipped cream and graham cracker crumble. It’s the perfect balance of sweet, tangy and creamy, and perfect for a hot day.

After opening its first branch in Vietnam in February 2013 Starbucks Vietnam now has 19 coffee shops in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. “Starting with small details brings great success,” said Ms. Patricia Marques, General Manager of Starbucks Vietnam. She added that Vietnam, with a population over 90 million people, is a major market and provides opportunities for many coffee brands to develop.
