Diverse cuisine from Vietnam and other countries will be introduced at the 12th Taste of the World Festival on January 11 to 14 in Ho Chi Minh City.

The festival will be held at Le Van Tam Park in District 1 by the city’s Department of Tourism and the Vietnam Tourism Association.

Some 100 booths will be arranged into various zones, including an international corner with cuisine from Denmark, Argentina, Italy, Thailand, and elsewhere, a Vietnamese corner with a bakery booth providing products from country’s different regions, street food, a beer garden, cuisine brands, and an entertainment corner.

It aims to promote Vietnamese specialties and foreign dishes while creating opportunities to promote regional and international friendship and cooperation. It also honors the culinary culture of Vietnam and the talents of Vietnamese chefs.
