Group of young Vietnamese to support cultural corporation between two countries.
A group of 15 Vietnamese youngsters were introduced at the Republic of Korea Cultural Center on March 27 and will work in support of cultural corporation between Vietnam and South Korea.
The 15-member group, entitled K-Culture Supporters, features outstanding Vietnamese youngsters such as actor Hong Dang, pianist Trang Trinh, food blogger Phan Anh, and Korean language teacher Nguyen Le Thu.
Hong Dang became popular with his performance in the first Vietnamese and South Korean television series, entitled Forever Young, while Phan Anh has been appointed as a Korean Culinary Ambassador.
K-Culture Supporters will promote activities to boost cultural exchanges between Vietnam and South Korea.
“The cultural center wants the members of K-Culture Supporters to be cultural ambassadors to spread Korean culture in Vietnam,” Director of the center, Mr. Park Nark-Jong, said.
Mutual understanding between the peoples of the two countries will improve thanks to these Vietnamese youngsters, he believes.
