Vietnam gives priority to strengthening the comprehensive strategic partnership with Russia, President Quang said, adding that he hopes the two countries will actively implement concrete measures to make bilateral relations more stable and effective, benefiting their people and contributing to peace, cooperation, and development in the region and the world.

The Vietnamese leader suggested that Russia facilitate Vietnamese enterprises to invest in the Far East region in accordance with the potential and demand of the two sides.

President Putin affirmed that Vietnam is always one of Russia’s diplomatic priorities in the Asia-Pacific region.

He suggested it create favorable conditions for Russian firms to join cooperation projects in infrastructure, railways, energy, fuel, automobiles, and use of nuclear power for peaceful purposes.
